VESA Adapter Plate with Tilt-Swivel

This adapter can be used to attach a device that uses the VESA 75 or VESA 100 to a mount with the AMPS hole pattern. The monitor is attached by lining up the monitor screw holes with VESA hole pattern on the mount.
